Prenatal support of the mind

In finding daily movement and stillness, during the precious months leading up to (and after) your baby’s arrival, you allow your mind to return to each precious moment of the journey you’ve just begun. The Coincide Yoga practice is designed to ease the racing thoughts and return to now.


Prenatal support of the body

The Coincide Yoga practice helps to ease the sensations you’re experiencing and instead of feeling like they’re happening to you, we reconnect with how they’re happening with you. Through movement that aligns not only the physical, but reminds you how incredible your body truly is.

Our belief is that a soul chose your soul to be it's guide coming into this life. The Coincide Yoga practice help us to reconnect with that intangible essence that makes you who you are to be your most aligned guide for your little one.
